JPN International is a family-owned Japanese automotive and marine business based in Nagoya, connecting customers worldwide with direct access to Japanese vehicle auctions, marine products, and export services through a transparent, technology-first experience. The company aimed to modernize how international customers discover its services.
We designed and engineered a prototype for a complete digital platform that balanced modern minimalism with Japanese design sensibilities. Built with React and Django REST Framework, the system included a custom vehicle marketplace, auction inquiry workflows, guest and authenticated shopping carts, Stripe-powered payments, multilingual support, and a complete inventory management backend.
The experience was crafted to serve both local and international audiences, featuring seamless search and discovery across vehicle listings, marine inventory showcases, secure user accounts, and a streamlined checkout flow. Behind the scenes, a robust Django administration system provided custom management tools to handle inventory, customer interactions, and business operations.
