For PickMeUp, a ride-sharing platform in Nigeria focused on connecting drivers and passengers, we played a key role in transforming a static and difficult-to-maintain frontend into a more scalable, content-driven experience. The platform was migrated from hardcoded content to a Strapi-powered CMS, enabling the client to manage website information, updates, and content without requiring developer involvement.
Beyond the architectural improvements, the project included the development of new sections such as FAQs and informational pages, alongside critical fixes to the driver and passenger onboarding flows. We refactored existing code, improved maintainability, and addressed issues that directly impacted user experience.
The contribution extended through the final stages of the product lifecycle, assisting with deployment and ensuring that the improved website was successfully prepared for production release.
